Order Changes
It is important to understand that once an order is placed it is automatically moved to our order fulfillment queue. It is of the highest importance to be careful when you select the item you want to buy. If you feel you have made a mistake, you may contact us and request a change but if the order is already sent out to one of our warehouse and is already in process we can't change it. You will have to wait until the item arrives and then avail yourself of our return policy. We make no promises that any order, once placed, can be modified.
Prices
We reserve the right to correct any error that might appear on our website which includes pricing and/or product description. If the transaction was already processed and we noticed some sort of error in the product description or prices, we will immediately refund the item and correct the price.
Return Policy
You must contact us via email within 3 business days
of receiving your order to report a problem. Please save any boxes your item

IMPORTANT: Do not ship back merchandise without following our guidelines below. No credit will be given for miscellaneous shipments back as we cannot trace these with any accuracy.
30 Days Money Back Guarantee
Damaged Items
- Damaged merchandise may be returned up to 30 days of invoice date. All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number, obtained through DarkSteelReplica.com and must appear on outside of package. All other packages will not be accepted.
- DO NOT return the package to us unless instructed to do so.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Exchange for Canadians
- You are responsible for any brokerage fee's and/or border fee's.
Return for Refund
- Non-damaged merchandise can be returned within a 30 day period of invoice (minus shipping charges).
- A 15% re-stock fee will be applied to these products as well as packages that are refused by the end buyer. The same applies for package that were not delivered due to the client fault (if you missed the delivery and failed to contact the carrier to arrange a pick up of your package).
- At no time will shipping charges be refunded for any reason.
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging.

Do not send any items back to us without prior authorization. We will not be responsible for items sent back without authorization. Any "refused" shipment will be subject to the restocking fee.
Note: You must understand that the more inexpensive a product is the more apt it is to come with minute defects...This is to be expected in buying very inexpensive swords and daggers and will not warrant us to pay return shipping charges. You may return the item if you are not happy with its looks, but you will be responsible for return shipping fees or restocking fees if you want a refund. That being said, we always try to have only the highest quality in stock.
Refunds will be made as a credit to the payment mechanism used to purchase the item (e.g., credit cards and/or PayPal payments). DarkSteelReplica.com does not refund cash under any circumstance. If you received an item as a gift you may direct us to refund the giftor's card or receive store credit in the form of a fully transferable gift certificate.
Shipping
- Orders are usually fulfilled within a time frame of 24h to 48h except on weekends and holidays. Delivery time can vary depending on your location.

It is the Buyers responsibility to know what can and can't be shipped to their location or imported into their country. Dark Steel Replica is not responsible for items seized by Customs.

All of our swords are shipped from our warehouses in the U.S. Therefore, Canadians customers have the responsibility to pay the customs clearance brokerage fees and Canadian Taxes that are applicable on their order. Orders that are shipped with a bad shipping address are sent back to Dark Steel Replica warehouse. These items can be shipped back to the customer. If the mistake is your fault, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee (equal to the original shipping and handling charges). In order to prevent such a situation pleas double check your shipping address when placing an order.
- Support is available on business days only. DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
- Orders cannot be shipped on weekends and holidays.
- Our delivery time frame are estimates only. We cannot be held responsible for delays. Please take that into account when shopping on short notice.
- We are not responsible for "re-scheduled" delivery dates that may occur while your package is in transit with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, regardless of the reason or level of shipping service selected.
- If an item is out of stock or back ordered, Dark Steel Replica will contact you for guidance on proceeding with the order. Our inventory is kept up to date, however these situations can arise from time to time. Keep in mind that we are only human.
- All International orders have a 2-8 week delivery time. All domestic orders have a 3-5 working day delivery time. These estimates are based on if item is in stock and exclude weekends and holidays. We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the US or Canada! The customer is responsible for all brokerage and customs fee due upon delivery.
Note: All our items are shipped directly from our warehouses in the U.S. to your door. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the day of shipping. Neither DarkSteelReplica.com nor our shipping company can be held responsible for delays due to acts of GOD or Nature, civil uprising or other disasters out of our control preventing timely delivery of your order.
