Medieval Scottish Basket Hilt Broadsword By Paul Chen
This Hanwei Scottish Basket Hilt Broadsword is the exact replica of an original in the collection of the Royal Armouries in England that dates from around 1760. The sword, which fully functional has an unusual basket with twin, engraved “horned beastie” plaques and a blade with twin fullers running most of its length.
The blade is German in origin but the hilt and blade are contemporary.
Made of high carbon steel this sword is Battle-Ready.
